Danny is a partner at Kastner Ko LLP. He is a trusted advisor and advocate in the areas of employment/labour law, state accountability, defamation, professional discipline, and civil litigation. 

In a broad range of sensitive workplace matters, Danny also acts as an independent investigator.

Danny is a past Chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and former Vice-Chair at the Industrial Accident Victims’ Group of Ontario.

Danny regularly appears before administrative tribunals and Ontario courts, and has acted as counsel in several landmark cases before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Danny graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007.
